Dr. Follman grew up in Tennessee and earned her veterinary degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. She spent the first three years of her career in feline-only practice, where she developed a passion for feline medicine while also pursuing her interest in emergency medicine in her free time. She went on to join the faculty at Midwestern University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, where she worked in emergency medicine, caring for dogs and cats with a variety of urgent and critical conditions. During her time in academia, she also enjoyed teaching veterinary students and interns and helping train the next generation of veterinarians.
Her clinical interests include feline medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, ultrasound, and staying current with the latest research and advances in veterinary medicine. She especially enjoys teaching and continually expanding her knowledge to provide the best possible care for her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Follman loves to cook, read, and spend time with her friends and family. She looks forward to getting to know you and your pets and providing your beloved babies with compassionate, high-quality care!
